Two of Premier Physical Therapist worked with me in strengthening my shoulder/back muscles to increase my range of motion and to ease my pain. They were very knowledgeable and professional.
They were excellent leading me through the various exercises, which over several weeks, greatly improved my shoulder mobility. The exercises they printed out for home use, were clear and very beneficial. I still am using these exercises today to keep my shoulder strong, along with keeping my range of motion in good order.

Go here! They will help you. I went in with serious back pain. Thanks to physical therapy exercises, with emphasis on proper form that only professionals like this excellent team can provide, I feel great! The exercises are ones I am continuing to practice at home, and now 3 weeks after 'graduating' I still feel great.
Went to Premier Physical Therapy for a back issue related to a change in my golf swing. Hays did a great job of identifying the issue and provided proper stretches to help reduce the pain. What I liked the most was Hays listened very well when I shared that if I didn't like the stretch I wouldn't do them so he made sure to provide a number of different stretches until I found the one I enjoyed doing. In additional sessions he showed some strength training exercises that would strengthen the area so the problem would be gone forever. After just a few weeks the pain is gone and I played four rounds of golf in four days without any pain. I will continue to incorporate the stretches and strength training into my regular workout routine so the problem never comes back. I highly recommend Hays and the team at Premier Physical Therapy for any issues and definitely for any golfer who needs help understanding their body better.
My experience was exceptional! The team of physical therapists and the front desk at Premier Physical Therapy are all very friendly & professional! I had the pleasure of working with Hays & Chris who are both very knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly is the final result of my sessions! I'm happy to say I'm back out running & training for my ultra marathon pain free!
Hays and the rest of the team are fantastic especially for athletes. After my accident they were the first people to tell me they wanted to see me back to 100%. I almost cried as I had been thinking that wasn't possible. I am so thankful to have found them. I cannot recommend them enough.
Highly recommend. Very professional. During the first meeting they found out the history of injury, what was recommended by referring doctor, and found out my specific goals on where I wanted to end up. Outlining this from the beginning set the scene for the program they developed for my rehab. Their attention to detail on proper form and constantly checking in on pain/discomfort made me always feel in good hands. They are open early (which worked great with my schedule) and have one on one appointments allowing time to discuss questions and concerns. I am very happy with my progression and feel better than ever!
This is the third occasion that I have had to use Premier Services. Two very important points they are incredibly professional as well as friendly and also have cured my ailments on three occasions. There is no other rehab facility in the Tampa Bay area that I would recommend other than Premiere Rehabilitation. A friendly knowledgeable staff in every way. You feel comfortable in the environment immediately.

Had such a great experience working with Dr. Hays and the team at Premier for my hamstring injury. Their expert care got me back to running, stronger and faster than before. They also provided great strengthening exercises for continued and future injury prevention.

My time at Premier Physical Therapy was a very positive experience, even though the reason for being there is to heal from pain. They have a team approach so we see different therapists and I feel that, as a patient, I received well rounded treatment. Their goal is to get you out the door as soon as possible with the tools you need to continue healing. All staff are friendly, welcoming and......very importantly.....fun! If you get really lucky, you will meet Georgia, the dog. Highly, highly recommended......!

This place is amazing!! Went here for 6 weeks after arthroscopy surgery and all I can say is wow!!! If you want the best in the business come here. Small local Clearwater office but extremely knowledgeable and devoted to client success!!
After a running accident I had incurred back in June, I began coming to Premier. The staff here is extremely empathetic and made me feel welcome and directly assessed my injuries and began treatment which helped me get back to doing what I love. Thanks Premier, you guys rock!
Recently, I went to Premier Physical Therapy to assist with some back and neck pain I have been having due to a recent car accident. I found out about Premier with a quick google search and boy did I luck out! Premier not only provides one on one services, they encompass an entire staff of board certified doctors of physical therapists. This makes treatment so much more reliable. They also take my insurance which I love and makes coming here extremely affordable I love this place and would recommend them to anyone in need of this incredible life changing service.

Two years ago I went to Premier Physical Therapy to help relieve pain and had great results. This spring, when asked by my doctor if I had a preference for a physical therapy group, I immediately requested Premier. Their entire staff of professional therapists have been a joy to work with and, within a few short weeks, I have resumed my activities and have no pain. Their therapy dog, Georgia, is a wonderful addition to their practice. I highly recommend them!
This physical therapy team is remarkable. With multiple fractures in my ankle, and surgery on March 10th, I was despondent. I am walking now (almost normally) with the extraordinary efforts of Marsha, Hayes, and, of course, Eric. Go there with any injury or sports issue!
