This is the most diligence lacking disgrace of an operation, especially a gym, that Ive ever seen. No-one answers the phone during allegedly staffed hours, noone answers the door, you cant even sign up to throw money at the people. Its one thing if you dont care about losing revenue on the space your leasing in a fabulous market area, but why inconvenience the community when a different business owner could run a better excuse for a gym in that space, one who does not lack work ethic.

The last owners were really nice. Bex got My husband and I in on a Easter deal. At the time she had the lowest prices. The new owners are rude and think they are more important than their paying customers. When I had a problem with the owner I addressed her. She completely ignored me. My husband and I have been members for 3 coming on 4 years and have used Anytime Fitness all crossed the country. That use to mean something. When you where a paying customer for years. That use to mean something not today. Not to the new owners. I told the New owner " You know I have been into 300 Anytime Fitness and this your gym is the third time I have had a problem with a rude owner. She even locked us out of the gym. That is fine there are plenty more but could she could at least send an email saying I was locked out of the gym. No. Nothing. It's so obvious this gym could care less about their customers.

The Owners, Staff and Trainers are professional. Very accommodating. Clean bath rooms. All business get in and get out. Great place to train and an healthy environment. ALL you need is there. Love the team and facility.

It's a place to work out if you just want to run in and out. Customer Service by new management is really terrible. Rude, unhelpful, mono-syllable, disdainful responses. Also, bait and switch on the key fob. When I signed up I was told the cost of the key fob would be reimbursed. Since I have ended my contract, now I am being told the key fobs are a purchase. Buyer beware.

This gym is the worst gym I ever visited. Honestly. I am surprised that they have any members at all.
Be aware that you have a 60 day cancellation notice when signing an agreement. I cancelled today, cause we don't like the service. I had the most unfriendly customer service ever. It was very unpleasant. The owner, Mark, I believe this is his name, is an unfriendly and rude person. Never says Hi. Always grouchy as if he hates his job. Thinks everyone will cheat on him and bring friends over for free! His wife is not better. I dont consider it hygienic there, and I felt many times too warm as they have the temperature always on 76 or 77. We did not sign up with these owners, the former owner was very friendly but then we found ourselves with the wrong management. Too bad as the location is convenient.
They charge $37/ month. It's not worth it.

Have been a member for several years, love that there are locations everywhere I travel, that it is open 24 hours a day, and even during peak times I always manage to get in a workout. Recently signed up with a personal trainer at my current location, had a wonderful experience and jump-started my fitness routine. I think it is a great company.

This place Suck! The owner Mark does not say hello! The first thing he told me was that this gym is not for everyone, where did he live? Why did not I go to another gym? That guy treated myself very rude and was very racist with me ... he asked me to give my ID and he tells me he does not give free pass to everyone, he treats people very badly and he is rude to his public. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! This happens today wed, 20 of September at 11:00am , garbage of person!

Owner is rude and apathetic. No customer service skills whatsoever. Homeless folks are constantly coming in and out to use the restroom and even sleep at the gym. Took my business elsewhere where courtesy, professionalism, and better equipment are abundant and appreciated.
