It was easy to follow since I have not done any yoga a time or two years ago. Nick and Giana have been very encouraging to me and the studio is very professional. I love the virtual studio aspect and hope it continues when things get back to normal, since I don't live close by.
I have been to many yoga studios around town and The Shiva is by far the best studio I have been too. The energy is so great. The yoga styles are amazing. It definitely feels like a family there. I love everything about it.
They were so welcoming! Beautiful studio and energy. Love the merchandise. Lots of class options but I took a Yin class.
The class itself was amazing but all the extra stuff made this place a "10"!
Shiva Yoga Shala is the best yoga studio I've ever practiced in. The teachers (Nick, Giana, Molly, Laurie, Karlee) are always supportive and encouraging. The environment is soothing with great energy!

If you are looking for a place for Yoga Teacher Training, look no further! Their teacher training program is thorough, immersive, and life-changing. Easily it was the best decision I made for myself in 2019!

This place is like "home" (shala is a perfect name!) The owners are always friendly and happy to see you. They also love to help lessen confusion/stress/negativity by answering questions, offering suggestions, and listening to their clients. The atmosphere in the foyer, yoga studio, bathrooms, and back room is peaceful and clean. I love taking partner yoga classes here with Nery & Giana, they really know their stuff and focus on proper body mechanics for safety while still having fun. I have just started taking regular yoga classes and my personal favorites are Yin yoga and BUTI yoga for an awesome workout. I always leave feeling calmer and lighter! It's a great place to dance too, as they also offer salsa & bachata classes. I would recommend this place for newbies and veterans of yoga and dance!
