I have been going to Ellio Pilates and more for almost a year. The staff is very professional and proficient in all they do. When I leave there I feel relaxed but also as if I accomplished something. I started with Foundation Training but it was too difficult for me. I have a number of health issues that make exercising difficult. I switched to Restorative Yoga and found my home! I tried Tai Chi because I wanted to go three days a week but gave that up as it proved to be too much for me to handle. If you're looking for a great place to work out with a friendly and helpful staff Ellio Pilates and More is worth a try to see if it works out as well for you as it did for me.

Vicki and her staff are amazing. I have been taking Tai Chi, Pilates, Buff Bones, Personal Training and Restorative Yoga at Ellio Pilates for just over a year and have found much improvement in balance, flexibility and strengthening. Vicki and her staff are amazing and committed to the highest quality of training and teaching.

I thoroughly enjoy Ellio, it's variety of classes by competent women and the availability of caring individual training in a lovely, calm environment.
Ellio get's an A+ in the Art of Health.

and private exercise tailored just for me. Vicki
Is both knowledgeable and an understanding
teacher. I would highly recommend taking classes there.
