Hurts so goooood. Dany is the bomb. I have not worked out in years and decided it was time to consult a personal trainer. Dany asked a ton of questions about my diet, injuries, etc and is bringing me back to life. She is firm that the word "can't" is not a word and she makes your workout fun! Highly recommend!
