Small but well equipped. Friendliest staff ever. Wide variety of classes and the best is this is a Christian gym.

Super clean gym, decent weight room and a good variation of cardio classes. The indoor walking track and basketball courts are great in the summer & the kids daycare area is fun. Just wish the daycare hours were longer in the summer.

... Been a member since 2014. It had that home town feel. Staff members are nice and helpful, and members are friendly.

Was told a portion of the facility would be open. Got there and they claimed their staff made a mistake. I was dropped off so I was stuck in the facility for the next few hours with nothing to do. The least they could do was accommodate me for the mistake, but all I was given was a mere apology.

Great location, convenient, not expensive, offers Upward Sports. Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Gym, group classes, upper level walking track, classes for "senior citizens", weights, cardio, women only room & classes, kids play zone, & child care for certain days/times.

Not crowded, lots of work it options. Clean but machines are old. All work good though. Would recommend it.

Such a great place to workout. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The place is huge. Two huge basketball courts, racquet ball, spin room, walking track, play zone for the kids and tons of equipment and group classes.
I have been going for over seven years. Have recommended to many friends!

Very friendly place. Open to the public. The yoga classes with Denise are so relaxing and challenging at the same time. I highly recommend it. The childcare area is very clean and there is a multi story treehouse my children love. Very affordable for the monthly family rate!
