I will say I started off hopeful with elie and then was extremely disappointed. Once I paid the large sum of money and finished training he never weighed me in at the end and went over my results informing me of how much body fat and muscle I ended up with. He was good until the end. The entire reason you go to a trainer is to get results and to have a trainer charge you 1000.00 and not go over results is disgusting... once I finished with the trainer he disappeared. I would not recommend elite fitness. I was extremely frustrated that he never went over my results which is why I went to him in the first place!

You want results then go see Elie and get started today. Elie told me I would see results if I stick to the program and he was absolutely correct. In just 5 weeks I dropped over 14 pounds and already I am seeing amazing results. Thank you to everyone at Elite Fitness.
It has been 6 months and counting. I've lost over 50 lbs and my husband lost over 80 lbs. Before Elite, I became discouraged and lost all hope. Elie and his team of trainers restored my faith. Elie, is the owner and he is dedicated to us achieving our goals each week. The customized meal plan has been the key to our success. Our prior diet was horrible and that was the first thing that we had to change. The workout sessions are tough and that's what we need to see real change. Elie, has a team of trainers that are great. We LOVE Brandon, he is a phenomenal trainer. He always gets those extra 2-3 reps out of us. If you are ready to make a change and tired of the same thing and getting no results, I highly recommend Elite Fitness.
So much experience and knowledge with incredible training. It would be the only place I would recommend to other people who want to achieve their goals. Really gutted I am only here on holidays as the service and training is next level. I have not seen this replicated anywhere else. 10/10

You can tell that they each love what they do and they really do push you. In addition to the workouts, Elie and his team put together a personalized diet plan for me that I can live with. I bought Elite in a charity event and really believed I would last 1 week. The transformation has been wonderful. I have always been active, but the attention to detail is impeccable. The rotation of trainers and combination of workouts is always exciting. Never dull. I highly recommend these trainers, absolutely transfomative.
The Elite trainers have inspired and motivated me beyond anything i could have accomplished on my own in a gym. I want to thank them for their daily support and positive reinforcement each and every time i train with them.
