What a great private little gym. And very nice inside! Roudy is the best personal trainer I've found in the area. Very knowledgeable and very motivating. I'm lucky that he keeps my sessions fun and I'm happy every time I leave. He's good at setting up very effective programs so I like how fast I'm getting results. The gym is really neat INSIDE. Go online to see pics. I guess Google only shows the outside which looks like a plain building. The inside is cool with Astro turf inside. It's just different than the main brand gyms - I guess that's why I really like it.
