Incredible gym! I was new to CrossFit when I came in, yet everyone was very welcoming, willing to help, and Rob and the coaches are incredible. There's athletes of all abilities, beginner to elite, so anyone can find the right partners to push with. Amazing workouts, great community, highly recommend! The Hype is real.
Hard to find another gym with the same HYPE as this one. 5 stars deserved, for there is no gym in the area that even gets to the feet of this one.

One of the best Crossfit gyms in the area. Their track record speaks for itself. They have been able to help many athletes improve in Crossfit and in their individual sports. Huge facility with an indoor and outdoor space filled with every equipment you will need to be successful. Besides the equipment the coaching staff is incredible, the coaches not only are very educated, they are very good with people. They help everyone get better even if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete and they help push you in a supportive way.
Best crossfit gym ever! Rob and the guys truly help make this a great experience. You won't find a better place to learn technique and get stronger. They will work with any age, Male or female, beginner or rx. This is the place you want to be, especially on sundays at 9am. Give them a call or just stop by. You won't regret it!

I moved to the Boca area about a year ago and had never done Crossfit. The instruction and atmosphere are great. Although it is a serious gym you will enjoy the comradery and people. Unfortunately I had to move back to NJ but whenever I am in Town I will stop in Crossfit Hype to train and just say hello. Because of Ben and Rob I have continued to do Crossfit in NJ!! Great place - Great People.

One day I randomly decided to check out this gym to see what all the "hype" was about. Being a former athlete, I wasn't surprised when I was instantly hooked. The positivity and overwhelmingly supportive atmosphere Rob and Ben have created is one of a kind. I had never done crossfit before, and Rob and Ben we passionate about teaching me the fundamentals, proper form and technique. The community within this gym is so welcoming and encouraging, and I've met some of my very best friends at Crossfit Hype. They consistently welcome new members into their family, and strive to support and encourage all athletes to be their very best. With newish women coaches on board (Tara and Staci) this gym is very well rounded and offers a variety of classes for everyone from crossfit to boot camp to Olympic lifting. Check it out, you won't regret it!
