This place is super clean and professional. I trust them with my whole family. I went in there today and man the place was spotless and they all greeted my wife and I with smiles and high fives. I highly recommend it for anyone.
This has been my go-to place since 2009. The friendly staff is highly attuned to training me according to my fitness goals, which are to be a well rounded athlete and help me prepare to compete on the tennis court. Working on my speed and agility has been incredible, and they have the latest and most cutting edge techniques out there.
My experience with IHP and their staff has been amazing. All of them are extremely professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. They take the time to make sure they understand your personal goals and push you to achieve them. Keep up the great work guys.

I have to preface this review by saying that I am not longer a member, but that is at no fault to IHP. I was looking for more of an all-inclusive gym with Yoga, cycling, pool, etc. so I moved over to Lifetime Fitness, but if you are looking for a gym purely for training, this is your place.
Seriously, don't look any further. It has a great atmosphere, by far the best equipment I've seen and everyone who works there has a great attitude.
I also have friends that do Andy's classes and they say they are awesome!
Also, when I went to cancel, they didn't try to hassle me, and there were no fees or anything. Rare to come across that in this industry.

The most complete Gym I had ever seen. Equipment for developing strength, power and overall condition. All trainers are very knowledgeable. Jc is always teaching and keeping all updated. Awesome.

Ive been training at IHP for a couple yrs now. KATIE HOHMANN is my current trainer there. Her instructional skills are phenomenal. She has instructed me for 6 Months. In that time I have gain muscle density , lost 1 inch off my waist. Lowered my overall body fat and became vascular. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her if you want results not promises !!!!
JC and Rio are world class! Second to none when it comes to fitness and knowledge regarding strength and conditioning!

One of the top gyms in the country. DEF best gym in FL. Great staff, very knowledgeable, and JC Santana is one of the greatest human beings I've ever met. Really cares about his clients.
