Walked into KO zone, took their free first class of Muay Thai and signed up right after. No nonsense class from beginning to end. Class is usually composed of beginners to guys/girls who have been doing it for years, both young and old. Everyone learns. Downstairs is the gym which has enough equipment to get yourself a great workout no matter your level of fitness or your skill level. No frills, gym is good.
This gym has so many options. Whether you are looking for an organized class or you just want to have a gym to go lift weights in, this place is your answer. And the staff is nice. PERFECT GYM!

The owner is great, the staff is fantastic. The gym is expanding, adding a new juice bar with great food by a great chef.Not your typical juice place in a gym.New machines and all around improvements in the building. All this things and more are why you should come to this gym.
Many places claim to appreciate military veterans. In my experience no other business has ever shown the type of appreciation that KO ZONE demonstrates for US Military veterans.

Great gym. Military friendly and very helpful and motivating staff. Great environment for anyone to workout or train.

KO Zone is an awesome gym! If you're in the area it's definitely a must! They have a great coaching staff and great equipment. The owner is also innovating new ways to train for fighting and it keeps things very interesting! Check it out !
Quality over quantity. It's not one of those sweet, soft, air-conditioned gyms. It's a place where we grind.
I'm a recent new member and while I haven't got past experiences with other gyms, I can say that this is one comfortable gym in the sense that it's not overbearing, but not too comfortable to where you don't get a great workout in. There's also a variety of classes/workouts, so you know it won't get stale.
The owner, the trainor's, and the other members are all approachable and friendly.
Will most likely stay a member of this gym for a long time.
Very professional instruction and after only one session one on one with Diego I avoided a confrontation in a very dangerous situation, just from my confidence gained by training. Others will recognize your ability to defend yourself and leave you alone. Trust me.
I've trained various grappling martial arts for a few years and KO Zone is easily the best gym I've trained at. There is so much incredible talent here thanks to the work of Jorge (BJJ) and Damien (Judo). These guys really care about the success of their students and put together tough classes that build excellent conditioning and skill.
The culture is the best part of the gym. The intensity is very high here. There is always action no matter what time of day it is and always someone willing to train with you. For the price of membership -- which is very reasonable -- you also get access to more specialty conditioning than your standard weight room, like prowlers, gymnastics bars, etc and CrossFit classes. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get in shape fast and learn from the best.
