I love this place! They added lots of online class options. It's great to not only have the yoga classes I love but now also be able to ask a doctor live questions about my aches and pain.
Great studio. I am 60+ and active. I love that classes are both challenging but revolve around safe & mindful movement to prevent injury. Wonderful space, dedicated & knowledgeable staff, and great variety in options.
Sondra is an incredible instructor and person. She is active in the community. She rocks.
I would HIGHLY recommend the Thai massage with Sondra. I cannot express enough how grateful I am- She is very initiative and has been able to relieve within 2 sessions some common issues I have experienced for YEARS!
I love this studio. The owner and the instructors are amazing. There a great variety of classes so whether you want a workout or you just want to relax after a hard week they've got you covered. They even offer massage now. Aerial yoga is pretty neat. I'm not good at it so I take the beginner's class for now - the cloth hangs closer to the floor :) If you're looking for a studio that has a variety, a good atmosphere, and cares about your well-being check them out.
I have been attending Empower for a few months now and love it. The studio is clean and comfortable and the instructors are all great at what they do. I've taken the Aerial, Yin, and Flow classes and enjoyed them all. Last week I signed up for an hour full body massage and highly recommend it, super relaxing and really well priced. Definitely check this studio out
If I could give them a zero I would, couldn't schedule a class online with a Groupon. Staff is not helpful & ended up not being able to use the Groupon at all, WASTED $

Empower Yoga is wonderful! Katie & Faith are excellent instructors. Prices are reasonable and the studio is clean. Overall an awesome studio! A must try!!
I've been practicing for about 3 years now, 2 at EZY. I have been to a number of studios around the country and EZY is my home base. The Power class I attend regularly with Rose is a priority in my week and the Sunday Mixed-level class is a fantastic way to prepare for the week at hand. The studio is a perfect size (usually around 5 people in a class but absolute max I've seen is 14); it is a nice space. The instructors are friendly and all very good at guiding a practice that both challenges students and keeps us safe and focused.
