Overall the gym has quite a bit of equipment from free weights, racks, bench areas, dumbbells, hammer style machines, and even pulleys; they have quite a few of all of them. I could nitpick and say they are missing things like enough ropes for pulley machines. They recently remodeled and overall it is thankfully a lot cleaner and nicer than it had been. Overall a great gym. Even have a great assortment of cardio type equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowing machines. Racauetball, heavy bags, basketball, juice bar, classes, pool, hot tub, kid sitting, and sauna are a few other amenities on tap.
Negatives- this place is almost always in the afternoon or evening extremely busy. As in certain types of machines which they may not have redundancy in you will be waiting. Don't even attempt to go there at 5pm on a Monday for international chest day and expect to get a chest workout done quickly and without wait. Honestly, Tuesday may as well be called international chest day part two. The rest of the week you can get a workout in but expect to sometimes wait 5 to 10 minutes if you are particular about a specific uncommon machine.
But due to the selection, amenities, convenience, and everything I mentioned in paragraph one it is my preferred local gym. Think this sums up most of it,
