Great park, lots of fun for the kids.. great walk area too..
I like to call this place my own little bubble. the river is always a great spot to just relax. and it wouldn't be such a bad first date spot either.
Funniest river ever 2me. It runs to the right. It runs to the left. It lays immovable like a lake. But a wonderful place for pics. Picnic. Family gathering. Lovers quiet time. You may even see a crocodile turtle and many variety of birds and ducks

Amazing view. Bike, scooter,running and walking path. Very nice two playgrounds. One of small kids other big kids.
I wasn't impressed with the summer camp this year. Kids kept stealing my son's things. He had a hat, a lunch box and a water bottle stolen. Send your kids with old things from previous school years.i signed my son up for swim lessons and the first week he didn't even get any. I stopped paying after that. I asked you have my payment processed from 1 particular account, and the woman ran it on the wrong card. One of the field trips was to a garden and although the counselors could appreciate it, the kids were bored. My son was so mad I made him go. Proper expectations were not set about the trip so I didn't know to send him with a water bottle that day and he came home super dehydrated. The newsletters to let you know what was going on the following week either didn't come or were late. Half the time I didn't know how to plan his lunch so I let him eat what they had, given his lunch box was stolen and I didn't have a replacement nor did I want to chance another one being taken, so a lot of days if he didn't like what they gave me went without. Just a load of issues here and there that made him fight not to go, and me not want him to go out of confusion but when you are a working parent you depend on this kind of place to have it together and to be a place you trust. It just wasn't this year.

This is a beautiful facility and my little one's swim teacher is wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly and the child care is top notch for busy parents who still want to get a workout in.
It's a small gym so it can get crowded but it has most of the equipment anyone could need. Bring your own hand towel. The staff are helpful and friendly.

They are very friendly staff, great restrooms with changing rooms and showers for after the pool or gym. If you have little ones they don't have much space to swim if they have classes going on. They don't provide towels like other ymcas .Winter Park YMCA is the best if you have children they have a great splash zone and pool for kids while jabbing another pool for adults who want to do laps.

Nice clean facility. Outdoor heated pool. Lots of activities for kids and adults.
Great park with long enough trail to walk/run. It has a sand filled volleyball court as well. There are a couple of tennis courts beside the YMCA. Great recreational area overall.
Actually had my grandson's 1st birthday party at the park. Didn't rent a pavillion and the park was packed. Sunday afternoon we should have known. Lot's of picnic areas and a large playground.

My child has been going to this summer camp and basketball camp for a while now. We love it and my son enjoys basketball now so much!! :)

Beautiful and clean park to have fun and relaxing. Nice for a workout, kids playground. O just fishing in the river.
Too expensive. Same facilities can be found elsewhere.
They have everything you need but not good for a family on a Saturday night. THEY CLOSE AT 4PM!!! Teens need to a HEALTHY place to go on a Saturday night!!!! We have 2. Also need to replace and add safety clamps for free weight bars. Men's locker room was out of paper in all dispensers, also smells musty. More musty then most.......Need to stop the kids and teens just playing in free weight area. Their fowl language is terrible. We workout 6 days a week. They are always there. They must not understand what the "C" in YMCA stands for anymore.
the people are great and friendly there are so many different things you can do here lift weights play basketball go swimming long walks you could also bring your hairy friend your dog it's just a nice peaceful place you have the lake it's a very peaceful environment very slow paced you don't have to be in a rush when you're here it's just great
This is my closest YMCA. It is well maintained throughout the building locker rooms and restrooms included. Recently upgraded machines and equipment and Friendly Helpful staff. Complimentary coffee offered Monday through Friday of every week until 12:00 PM so feel free to grab a cup. Big Pool outside with great instructors. Anybody is welcome here even Seniors.
This park is located pretty close to UCF. My daughter and I had some to time to kill before dinner so we came over for a stroll. The park is 84 acres and runs along the Little Econ River that flows through the park. There is a paved 8.1 mile trail that runs along the river it that is popular with people who come for exercise. On the day we were there we saw a lot of birds at twilight nesting in the trees along the river. Other park amenities include sports fields, playgrounds, and picnic tables and pavilions. This park is great for team sports , hiking, fishing, running, canoeing, and cycling. There is also a YMCA family center at the park entrance. On the night of my visit the park was filled with families having a picnic dinner, kids playing on the playground, runners and cyclists on the trails, and groups of people playing soccer on the field. It looks like a popular recreation destination for the people of Central Florida.

The swim instructors there are really great!
Anastasia Hale is such a great swim instructor for kids and is very professional. She adjusts her lesson based on what the kids need and can do. The children absolutely love her and want to keep coming back to swim with her.
Beautiful Ymca. Has some of the best swim instructors I've ever met. They're friendly and the kids love them.
