I hope You Are Staying Safe! Very Recently: I wrote You a very nice Review but I did Not know your name! I just want to let You know that I have been doing Your Work Out Video, Level 2 for the past five days so far and Believe that I have found the Right Video! Since I got my recent Blood Test informing ME about having a High Blood Glucose Level and needing to lower it in order to prevent Type 2 Diabetes from forming, I Woke Up! Sadly, I do like Sweets! Especially Chocolate and Ice Cream among Other Things! Furthermore, I am learning to control it even though I have cravings! Moving Right Along: Your Workout Program is Definitely Excellent and I am doing it every single day and Hope To Have Really Good Results to Lower My Blood Sugar Levels and Lose Weight at the Same Time!
