I did a 21 day virtual bodyweight challenge. I'm so sad this is all over. Not only have I learned some new moves, become more aware of positioning and movement, but I've also gotten a killer workout everyday.
The group has been amazingly supportive and it's a relief to know that there are still folks building others up and spreading love, support, and positivity.
Antonio DeAscanis Kelly DeAscanis and Britt, the coaches throughout the program, put so much work into creating the program. It was like working out with friends, providing constant encouragement, and empowering us to each strive for our personal greatness and reaching it!
