This Box has been amazing through the shut down. Each coach took turns videoing a workout at different times of each and every day. They posted a new work out every day that allowed us to know what muscle groups we could be working on to keep us in shape.... more

It took leaving DC and looking for a new gym to know how good I had it at Balance. The coaches are fantastic, the price is one of the best in DC, and if the sense of community doesn't motivate you to get to the gym and improve yourself, nothing will.... more
