Overall, I give this facility the highest rating for fitness know-how and a supportive environment. Name your goals and Wes or Rob or the other trainers will get you there. You can drop in for classes, and for years a bunch of us will show up Tues and Wed nights at 8 to have a great circuit training workout. The other guys are a great group of dudes sharing very similar goals. But, don't get the wrong impression, there are also male/female classes.
Lastly, for anyone doing the group workout for men on Thursday night, there's a real treat afterwards in the form of liquid nutrition! Whatever it takes to stay moving.
