Convenient location, right in downtown Waterbury. Very clean room, liked that there was a restaurant there. Great stay!

I wasn't really that impressed for being a higher end hotel and their night rates. We were there due to a memorial service we were attending and stayed there as it was the closest in distance to where we needed to go. The shower was running out of hot water, toilet did not properly flush, the restroom sink was dirty. It just did not match what I am use to by Marriott, it was very disappointed and for the money that we spent and the little time we stayed there, it wasnt worth it.

To start, I called in to speak to the person in charge of blocking out rooms for wedding events. It happened to be a lady who is the assistant manager. I left a voicemail with my number to set something up. I have not received a call back. Totally unprofessional and horrible service. Especially for the occasion. Do not settle for anything less than the best for your wedding party and or guest. I am exploring other options now. Guess you get the type of service the city is known for.

Place was very clean. The manager on duty was great. The pool was nice. Room was very clean. Checking in and checking out was easy. Very happy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Landen at the front desk was extremely attentive and gracious in helping my friend and I work on an issue we had on the computer in regards to her wedding planned for the next day. He was very professional and had excellent customer service. Hotel suite was also very clean.

Couetyard by Marriott has an amazing rooms, best foods and amazing Staff! I usually stay there at least 5-8 times a year for business or other reasons. The location is great depending on where your room is.

The courtyard was very convenient, clean, inexpensive, and an overall enjoyable experience. The bar is relaxing and relatively well stocked. The staff was courteous and very laid back.

staff is great -- friendly and professional. but this place is seriously overpriced for the rooms customers get. Mostly clean, save for a couple of hairs in the tub (shudder). Moreover, the "store" is not only expensive, but inconvenient. Standing in line for 10 minutes so to purchase an apple juice while the ONE person working is on the phone? That is nuts. Perspective? We've been on the road for three days, and last night we stayed at a Marriott in southern PA. The room was half the price of this one, and pretty much the exact same, save for the fact that the PA Marriott had a television with better service AND internet TV options. Oh, and free breakfast and free parking (whereas I'm paying to park here, in Waterbury, CT.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Debbie greeted us at the front desk, and gave us an upgrade to the presidential suite. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. The suite was amazing, had two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a full conference room. Even apart from the great room, every staff member I ran into said hello with a genuine smile, and it makes a big difference. I would be happy to stay here any time, and would go out of my way to come back to this hotel.

Great hotel. Really clean and the rooms were really modern. I was really impressed with the simplistic updates that were made to the room which really added a modern flare. The walls were kind of thin and voice were easily heard from the hall.

Nicely renovated rooms and lobby. Staff is friendly and cafe is efficient and tasty, open for all meals. Nearby restaurant (Diorio's) is yummy and charming.

Convenient to downtown and close to shopping malls. The room was very clean and comfortable but the cost for food and drinks was higher than average. I did not take advantage of all the facilities available but perhaps will next time.

My family was having a very tough time as members were in critical condition in the hospital. Vianca, Fin and Omar went out of their way to fix us breakfast after the cafe had closed and were extremely curtious. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends. It is great to find people in this world that seem to genuinely care about strangers.

Amazing service in The Bistro and at the front counter. Hospitality is definitely the main focus of this hotel. That being said I did order the spicy rigatoni and it did taste terrible. The bar is well-stocked. And my room is really nice. My boss booked a double Queen room but I don't like those, they upgraded me to a king-size bed at no charge. I'm having a very good stay. Also my van with a lot of expensive tools inside of it was not broken into.

Very clean and rooms were up-to-date. Nice view from the 10th floor. Debbie at the front desk was very friendly, accommodating and funny. Went to the bar in the evening at the restaurant attached to the hotel and have a few very nice drinks.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. You are greeted with a warm.welcome from the front desk. They remember every detail. Helping me with parking, dining and local information. The rooms are modern, updated, spotless and very spacious.They have a 24/7 food for purchase grocery area and mini Starbucks and restaurant as well. I actually went to the onsite spa that was completely amazing. And enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the onsite 5 star Italian restaurant Diorio attached to the hotel. I was in the Waterbury area for medical reasons and staying at this location took all of the stress out of my trip. I plan to absolutely return again

Lobby and rooms are in top shape. Wifi was reliable both in the lobby and in rooms. The front desk was very friendly. Garage parking available to guests at a reasonable 5 dollars per day. I had the option inclusive of breakfast, which was made to order and had hot and cold options from the menu. Gym was fairly large by hotel standards (5 or more people could work out in it at once). Overall, I was highly satisfied with marinara stay, especially at this competitive rate.

Very nice stay albeit unplanned and under bad circumstances. We were involved in a car accident on I-84 and after 12 hours in the hospital we were exhausted and sore. I called at 7:30am and was happy when told they could give us a room then long before the normal 4pm check in time. Large, modern lobby with lots of seating, a business area with computers and printers, a convenience store and a bistro. The King bed room was large and appeared to be recently updated. Room includes a fridge, coffee maker, flat screen TV, hair dryer, iron & board, sofa bed, and work desk. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of thick supportive pillows. The hotel also offers a shuttle van which was helpful in taking me to the tow yard to retrieve belongings from my damaged truck. The staff and facilities at this hotel made this unpleasant experience during my trip home to PA and little smoother.

Housekeeping did not come in to make bed or clean up the bathroom. Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Music in The Bistro was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation. On check-in, the desk clerk could have been a robot for all of the personality that he had. He just rattled off facts about the hotel that no one could have followed because he talked so fast. Worse than airplane attendants going through their pre-flight announcements. On the positive side, the staff in The Bistro were pleasant and accommodating. Food was tasty. Room and the hotel overall was clean.

Attending a wedding reception hosted here. Hotel center was modern and well designed, and the service of the hotel staff was wonderful. Although I didn't catch her name, the lady with the dark blonde hair running our soda bar went above and beyond to be helpful and pleasant.

Facility is nice for meeting food is very good. I am in happy with the parking situation. We rent the facility for meeting a few times a year and each person has to pay for parking. This time it was $12 which I think is excessive. We will be looking into other locations for future meetings.
