I dropped in this week for a couple of days and was very impressed with the coach and the workouts. Everyone I met was very welcoming, the workouts were challenging and the facility was very clean. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back in December.
Nice people very friendly they have an individual program for each person no matter body size or type . They encourage you for success!!

Joining Crossfit Expressions is the best decicision and investment I've ever made into my fitness life. I used to spend two hours working out in a regular gym and I did not focus on all the body parts that I should have. I hated leg days and I never worked on my lower back. With crossfit I've learned to look forwar to building strength in my legs and back. The other thing I love is the noticeable progress. My first day I could not confidently do a hand stand (even against the wall). Now I have the shoulder strength and balance to do so. I never tried a front squat and I didn't even know what a power clean was. I've learned so much that I feel like I can give advice to others on form and jtechnique.
My friends whom I play basketball with have taken notice to my increased athleticism. (Running faster, jumping higher)I know I sound like an infomercial but these our the changes I've noticed.
The last great thing is the environment. Your always working with coaches that push you to the edge and work with you to perfect your form. I've met a lot of great people here who are all driven to reach their fitness goals. Having someone push me during the workouts is something I won't have at another gym. It's a major highlight of my day and I leave fully exhausted and accomplished from the workout
I definitely recommend anyone trying to get that beach body ready or to keep it tight through the holidays to check it out!
Extreamly friendly box with a challenging Strenght WOD. The head coach was knowledgeable and instructed the class with ease. Call beforehand for a drop in, the are very hospitable and willing to teach anyone. Had a fantastic experience!!
Dropped in here on a Saturday while visiting family - great experience! It was a partner WOD which can be awkward as a drop-in but not here, everyone was so friendly. A lovely member partnered up with me right away & we got a great workout. Coach Lemar was super energetic and motivating!

Great place to workout and just be free and yourself, super friendly, very diverse, great training staff, come down and see for yourself.
Been training here a year now. I love the family feel. This is a family cross fit most of the members love the gym so much that there are many groups of relatives that train together. I love having someone push me on the days I feel like slacking off.
