I used to come here almost every weekend . This place has gone down hill . My children used to enjoy it so much until they switched over. The staff is unattentive and they seem to be more interested in checking wrist bands and talking to each other than supervising . Their attitude is unhelpful. Lost another loyal costumer. Will not be returning .

My kids had a great time. The only few things I didnt like was that the big kids was playing in the kiddie area not a great idea. The area to sit and eat was extremely dirty employes walked by and didnt even care to clean it up. Not everyone likes to eat in a dirty area.
Always a fun place to visit regardless your child's age. Party rooms, arcade, playscape for the little ones, fun and friendly staff willing to join in the fun, and massage chairs for parents.

Saftey is an issue especially in the "toddler area". They also nickel and dime you for everything. $2 to purchase an arcade CARD. 2.50 for a pair of socks. $3 for a drink. The three stars are because my kid had fun and it was clean.

Listen love the place for kids, but you guys gotta give the parents something to do. Aka get a liquor license and make a separate area for the parents to relax and talk.
My kids had a great time at Teen Night. 2 hours to jump, a slice of pizza and a bottle of water... Not too bad for $20.

You will have to buy the socks they sell there. They don't accept any other socks. I was surprised by that, but then I realized that their socks are specially designed for the trampolines, and you can re-use them.

We are dedicated to hai trampoline park. We have visited many in CT and this is where we choose to go Everytime. It's clean, never overcrowded unless it's a Friday or Saturday night. My kids are small 3&6 so their I door playground and toddler area is perfect for them. We stayed until late and the older kids there were all ampted up as the music, blacklights and laser show was going on.
Went with a group on a weekday and purchased a deal off of Groupon. I had socks already so I didn't need to pay more. Waivers were signed. Got there at opening and jumped. It wasn't crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free.
Today was my second time here and this place is awsome. It is very clean even the bathrooms are nice and clean. A couple of staff wasnt very helpful and seemed liked they want to be there but all and all my kids love it and so do i.
Great place for kids to burn energy, but the only downfall is there's no manager and only 2 staff working at the trampoline area and over a dozen kids jumping around and laying in the pit area, while staff are just ignoring them, especially one female staff playing with her fingers nails not paying any attention to the kids. We've been to other establishments way organized then this one. Employees definitely need some training on what they're job is. Or have more staff on shift that know what there doing.
Kids love to be here! Can't go wrong with Jump Off - always giving out coupons and sales.
We have been to Jump Off about 6 times with our 5 year old daughter and almost 2 year old son. Our children love it there. It is large, the areas are spread out so it doesn't feel too crazy like some other bounce places we have gone, and, for us, the toddler area with ride on toys and a small ball pit is really good. It is nice having a smaller, contained place for our toddler. Jump Off is relatively new so it feels pretty clean and maintained, though I have noticed a few steps where the padding has worn away. Though, when I mentioned it to staff members they told me that replacements had been ordered. The teenage staff members who work there are great, too. They are very attentive at reminding children to be safe, and are very friendly. As much as a bright, loud, crowded place is not my favorite scene, my children have fun, the staff are great and I recommend it to other families.
My son's favorite place to go on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone is super friendly and he has a great time.
