I can only speak my experience with their customer service. Gym is nice, and a lot of equipment, but their customer service is absolutely horrible. To the point where I do not wish to come there any more despite me still paying for my membership...
Back story:
I signed up in June because they were having a no enrollment fee special and I wanted to get the ball rolling. I had also signed both of my children up for unlimited Edge Kids which I instructed to the person that signed me up (Same Zack) that I only wanted ONE MONTH of edge kids because we were going out of town for 6 weeks and then they would be starting school so I would not need it.... I reiterated this multiple times and he kept assuring me that I was all taken care of. I specifically said "Ok Sam, I'm all set? Im not going to get charged for a second month of Edge Kids?"... "Yep - all set!" (or whatever words of affirmation he used in agreement)...
Fast forward almost 3 months later, my husband comes to me and asks me if I recognize these charges to our account and sure enough, I have been charged $120 for subsequent months of edge kids ($20 for 2 months plus + their $30 facility fee PER CHILD) and at this point I'm pretty annoyed but whatever, I had high hopes this would be a simple misunderstanding and all would be resolved without issue (because thats good customer service right?)... NOPE it has been an absolute nightmare. I have spoken to many managers and Sam himself who (of course) acted completely dumbfounded (how convenient) when I confronted him with this saying, "Well, ma'am, if you wanted to cancel you would have needed to fill out the cancelation form...", Well OBVIOUSLY... Wouldn't it have been your job to make me fill out this form while I'm telling you that I only want edge kids for one month, instead of telling me "yep - you're all set!" ?.... I left there feeling completely taken care of and instead all you have done make you very untrustworthy.
I have been on the phone with them for WEEKS trying to get this resolved with absolutely no luck what so ever. I keep getting told "I'll have to call you back" and never receive a call and guess what, I'm STILL getting charged for edge kids to my dismay.
It must be said that this is the first negative review I have ever written about a place.... thats how angry I am. If I could rate them a zero, I absolutely would.
