Great place to stop and have a nutritional shake. This place also offers fit camps and nutritional seminars that I found very helpful. Jacki was very nice and had lots of good information on how to get fit and stay healthy. I am so happy that I found this place and I highly recommend it for others who are looking to be in a positive environment. I stop by after my workout almost every day.
