Relaxing and refreshing experience at this place! Must visit!
My experience at Tranquility and Spa was outstanding. The manager Lauren was very professional and keeps the place clean and welcoming. She greets everyone with a smile she's an amazing individual. I got a massage from Ellen and it was the best massage I had in my life. My last massage was at Foxwoods Resort and there was no comparison from the massage I had from Ellen. After the massage I felt amazing . 5 stars for the wonderful experience I've had from Tranquility and Spa. I'll be looking forward every month to come back for this amazing experience.

My girlfriend and I went for massages. Everything was tranquil about the experience and everything was beyond exceptional. When you sign up for a massage you have access to personal lockers, steamed showers, tea and cucumber water, plantain chips, nut (drinks+dried fruits are in the lounge - you can wait here for your significant other in a robe+slippers), then you go in for your massage. The room had very nice music - relaxing, instrumental playlist. Needless to say I scheduled another appointment in a week. Most of us, in the north east, live to work. You need tranquility for your work/life balance. Schedule an appointment I can guarantee you will be nothing short of impressed.
Beautiful, calming atmosphere. Most friendly and caring staff. The hot stone pedicure and reflexology are not to be missed. Looking forward to my next visit already!
I got a pedicure done by Rachel and was very pleased. We had a good conversation and had some things in common so it was a nice experience. She was able to keep up a conversation and still deliver exemplary work on my toes.
I got a surprise massage for my boyfriend while I had a pedi, but he didn't care for it as much as I would have liked. It was his first time getting a full body massage (unbeknownst to me) and he wished there would have been more pressure but he was unsure of if he could ask or not because he wasn't sure on what was included in the services and if the massage was set-in-stone to be done a certain way. If the massage therapist had checked in with him a little more he would have expressed his concerns but he's quite reserved and doesn't like to "trouble" anyone. He did feel relaxed after the experience but it didn't do anything to help him with the back pains he usually feels.

I purchased a gift certificate for a x-mas gift, after checking out other spas, I selected Tranquility, as they had a massage package geared for a man. He had never had a massage before, so I wanted the entire spa experience for him. A steam shower was offered in the services, so I physically went the there to purchase the certificate, and made it a point to tell them, with the hour massage, and hot stones, I wanted him to use the steam shower. My boyfriend called me from the car to tell me he was done, I asked how he liked the steam shower, he informed me it was never offered by any of the staff. I immediately called to ask why it was not offered, was put on a very long hold, called back, and they wanted to put me on hold again, I asked for a manager, the girl said she was, I began telling her, and she said she was very busy, could get back to me.
By the tone of her voice she was Clearly uninterested, could't be bothered to contact me back.There are many other spas to choose from in the area. Tranquility is obviously not big on customer satisfaction............
Super clean and relaxing, Debbie gave my facial which was awesome. Tyree stole the show with his deep tissue massage. He got EVERYTHING out of my shoulder that had bothered me for years. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!
