I have been a client here from the beginning. I have been to many different gyms and experienced different so-called trainers. Tim is the real deal. I'm not a 20-something with a freakish ability to lose 10 pounds by exhaling harder. I'm a middle aged, mildly overweight and insanely stressed (like everyone else my age) woman who needs a trainer to motivate me to get better. I don't need a nut job like Jillian Michaels screaming at me, telling me I suck because I can't do that 100th push up. Tim is incredibly understanding and enthusiastic about my health. He listens to me, asks me what I want to achieve, and figures out a realistic way for me to get there. Because of him, I have lost 20 pounds, run the Manchester Road Race, and am stronger than ever.
