As soon as you step into this gym the cleanliness entrances you on a whole nother level with awesome equipment and friendly team leaders this gym has got to be the best gym by far I've come across in a matter of years its has everything you need to break a sweat and get that intense workout with out breaking the bank and putting more money in your pockets you'll be glad you stopped by here I only wish they had more dedicated workers who care for their clients as much as this place provides I love coming here especially early cause that's when you get that good morning feels and blood pumping jive jumping energy. You've got to stop by here this place is just killing it thank you ones again staff for being the best you can be!!!!!

A problem with an unauthorized payment was reported to the manager. I've been waiting more than 18 days. I always call the manager says he will fix it. but it does not do anything. I'm upset with the terrible service of the managers.
I been going to this gym for 6 years the last facility was horrible but they moved to new location and have did a fantastic job.a lot of cardio.machines and weights just wish they had more bench machines and leg presses but other than. That the gym is awesome and very clean.the owner skip is awesome and have great attitude and will work with you on payments and late fees also they don't care if you grunt loudly or slam weights either like other gyms i been to.perfect place to bodybuild without annoying staff bothering you

Membership is cheap but you get what you pay for. Weights are never re-racked, equipment breaks on a regular basis and takes a long time to get fixed. Water fountain has been broken for almost a year and is now rigged with duct tape which looks really cheap/unprofessional... However, on a positive note the staff has always been friendly.

Membership is really cheap, equipment is practically new and maintained, place is clean, not too crowded anytime before 4pm. Wish they had a pool but it's ok
The staff is very friendly and efficient, locker room, showers, and the gym in general is clean. Also great prices.
Yesterday morning, i had a personal trainer and he got me sweating bullets. It was intense but i enjoyed. The best workout center!! I recommend it others.
UPDATE: I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SKIP INSURING ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE WAS PLEASANT AND APOLOGETIC. AS PROMISWD I RECEIVED A REBATE AND MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED. THANK YOU SKIP! NO MORE SOUR TASTE. MY As a gym it's great. They have everything you need. Plenty of cardio equipment and sufficient room to perform any types of exercise. Especially for the price. My major complaint is with how they handled my cancellation which has yet be completed. They are still billing me. I talked to the guy at the front desk about cancelling 30 days prior to me moving out of state and he said "no problem I'll take care of it". I asked if there was anything I had to sign and He said no. He wrote my name down and I assumed everything was taken care of. Prior to leaving town I went to the front desk again to confirm my account was cancelled and they said they didn't have any record of cancellation. That made me "responsible" for another month of fees according to their agreement. They said i had to turn in a cancellation form. So I turn in the cancellation form and get a confirmation of receipt making me feel comfortable that it is cancelled. A week later and past 30 day deadline making me responsible for another month I get an email saying I needed to provide proof of moving to a,place where there is no blast Fitness. So I will pay for 2 months of a gym I can't use. Unhappy customer. Sour taste of Blast fitness.
If you live anywhere near West Hartford please join Blast Fitness. Due to some personal life events that took a toll on the ability of my wife and I being able to attend, we had to freeze our membership for now. The club was understanding of our situation.
In terms of the club the facility is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is very nice as well. I absolutely loved the little time I have spent here and doubt I'll ever be able to find a similar facility for the bargain of the price offered. I hope to be able to continue my Blast Fitness membership again in the near future, but I highly recommend you looking into this fitness club and their new facility. I promise you won't regret it.
