Paul has been my coach since I was a white belt and he has seen me all the way to my purple belt. I plan on him being my coach all the way until I get my black belt. He is a great instructor who shows practical self defense techniques in a great family-friendly atmosphere. I have never felt unwelcomed while training with Paul or his students and I trust the techniques that he shows me. What a great place to train, 5 stars all the way!
