I have been training with Angela at Core Fitness for almost 3 years now. It is about time to write a review:
1- Communication: From the first email I sent to her she has been very prompt in responding to my emails/texts/calls. Scheduling sessions has always been smooth.
2- Goals: It is all about setting the right goals and achieving them when training. Angela has been extremely methodical from the initial complementary appointment for evaluation to monthly check-ins. She has made sure I am on the right track to meet my goals every step of the way.
3- Motivation: Angela keeps me motivated through out every session. Each session plan is customized to my goals and every session she focuses on 1-2 body area. She makes sure I work out hard enough. The work outs change from session to session so I am never bored.
Angela is extremely friendly yet serious about business. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to set a fitness goal and achieve it.
Core Fitness: The gym itself is kept extremely clean and organized. Showers are clean and spotless.. All the trainers I have met have been very friendly.
