Pure Barre is the perfect workout for me. It's very challenging without being discouraging. The instructors are helpful, friendly and motivational. You focus on arms, back, core, seat and thighs (all my problem areas) and my muscles burn the entire time. You are supposed to start seeing a difference after 10 classes but I started feeling tighter and stronger after 3.
I am not a "workout" person but I find myself looking forward to class all day. If you need a new routine or are just starting to get fit, you NEED to try Pure Barre!
