Just stared JiuJitsu with a couple friends, you will learn a lot here. The instructors and staff are great, come in any day of the week for a class that you will learn a lot in and work up a sweat without a doubt but its all worth it. They also lend you a gi for class if you don't have one already so don't be discouraged to come in. They have a MMA class saturday at 12 with the JiuJitsu and Muay Thai instructor and are planning to add more during the week. We learned a few combos, take downs, getting up against the cage, and drilled some ground and pound. Stay tuned for the 2020 season.

The best academy in CT! The professors are amazing! Here we train hard! My son does jiu jitsu, i train Muai thay and kicking box! Love it here!
