We attended a birthday party here and I was impressed by how friendly and outgoing the staff were and how organized the party ran!

We just had our first party at Tumble Jungle this past weekend for my 4 year old and 15 friends. What a relief, everything was AMAZING, the staff are friendly and seem genuinely excited to work there. All of our guests like how much cleaner it is than other party options in the area, and frankly the pricing is WAY better than I expected. My wife has our son signed up for classes next week and he's itching to get back and play again.
Great for Special Needs Children!!! I went to Tumble Jungle for a kid's birthday party last weekend. The staff is overly wonderful, friendly, and great with the kids. They always have smiles on their faces and you can tell they love their job. This place is great for a super sensory kid or any kid that just needs to get their wiggles out. Colorful and clean (wiped down with antibacterial wipes multiple times daily). Great place and would highly recommend!!!!
I had my daughters birthday there and I think it was an O.K experience. I feel like they just wanted to get it over with and move everyone into another room. Once we got to the party room, we ate but mind you these are children from 1-10 , some don't eat as fast. When the 30 min were up in the room, they switched the light on and off ( to get everyone's attention) and said for everyone to make their way out and get their stuff. Like we paid $500 just to be kicked out.. Ridiculous. This would be the last time we go and spend a crazy amount of money like that. I would do my kids party somewhere else for that price. Plus there wasn't much to do there for the kids. Your better off going to chuck e cheese.
Worst place to have a party!!! Super expensive, staff e very rude!! They act like its a favor, as if you are not paying for it! I wish i could cancel my party but now the party is 2 days away and they want me to pay for the whole thing! Very rude people!
I had my daughter's party at the Fairfield location this past Saturday. I must say an hour and 30 minutes is not enough time!!! You are only allowed to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to drop your party supplies off (They were unable to set up before my guests arrived due to other scheduled parties). They should give you 2 hours and 15 mins. The 15 mins for all guests to arrive, 30 minutes in the gymnastics room, 30 minutes in the jump houses and and 1 hour to eat, piñata, have cake, etc. I truly felt uneasy and rushed the minute I walked in. I paid over $500 for 25 kids party package with pizza and juice. Not sure I would ever have another party there again! However, the activities and the employees were great with the kids! I attended a party recently at Pump it Up and they had over 2 hours and it plenty of time!
