Been a member for ten years. Facility leaks from the ceiling if it rains hard. Staff is revolving door and at times it's not very clean. But! It's cheap and they are all over the map. Not for everyone.

This is a no frills small gym. I've been going there regularly for a month now. I can honestly say this is a no judgement zone :) If you want a gym with a swimming pool, a basketball court or a zoomba class, then this is not your place. If you want a cost effective gym where you can workout at this own pace, then this is the one is for you.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of respect I received from the manager (Amanda) she was extremely rude and unprofessional she lacks the ability to be in a managerial position. About three months ago (May to be exact)I was in the process of undergoing surgery in which I knew I would not be able to continue going to the gym for a few months or so until I properly recover. I knew that it would make no sense for me to continue paying every month for a service I am not using. So I went to the Fairfield Connecticut location to FREEZE my account for the few months that I would not be able to go due to recovery. I then returned in (June) literally three months later to unfreeze my account to continue my membership at that point I was told my membership was Cancelled and had to start a new one my original contract was NO COMMITMENT but since they Cancelled that membership I had to start a new one with a commitment or a $70 cancellation fee. Even though I have a signed (Freeze/Cancellation Form) they did not honor that and forced me into a contract that I am not satisfied with.

After explaining my situation even having proof (A Doctors note and the Freeze/Cancellation Form) I received absolutely no help, compassion, or understanding.

The manager should be ashamed of herself for running that location in such a manner.

I will be closing my account first thing tomorrow. Edge here I come!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!

Super friendly staff but the place is not that big in the bathrooms are not that clean. Great gym equipment though

I don't go to the gym for the ambiance, I go to workout, they just got all New equipment so I don't know what some of you are talking about. I used to go to the Egde and the only real difference is the bill you get at the end of the month. I can workout in the woods with logs and rocks, so quit crying your eyes out and get to work, or go do palates!

nobody cleans their machines or mats afterwards. not regulated at all. it's gross so just make sure you clean your machine before each use

This is a very basic gym. All machines available are sufficient for beginners. Smith machines and the typical cable and isolation machines. They have some dumbbells only up to 75lbs. Sufficient cardio equipment. They have a bagel day and a pizza day that is indicative that they do not care about your progress and do not promote healthy eating. Very different from other fitness or wellness centers, they could at least serve gluten free pizza and bagels.

The gym has ok equipment but I'd prefer anytime fitness for the environment.

I've been going to this gym for almost a year, and I am quite happy. Equipment is in good condition, and many of the machines are new. The gym and locker areas are clean and bright. Trainer services are available.

It's not the worse... it does need more basic equipment but what they have works aswell.
