Was a great experience very outgoing members and great trainers went with a friend for the first time to One of the advance classes it was great !
I have been a member of this Crossfit box for over 2 years. The coaching is first rate, surpassed only by the quality of the membership community. Come to Rough House if you want a healthier mind & body!
Dropped in on an open gym, per the schedule, and as a non-member was turned away without batting an eyelash, zero questions asked. I'm a five year Cf'r up for the weekend to visit family and while I know every gym has different policies, the reason one "drops-in" is because he/she is not a member, that is kind of the point. I won't Yelp judge a place based on one very poorly handled interaction but next time you should probably ask questions, explain your policy (if you have one), and make a better first impression. There are CrossFits everywhere, literally everywhere, sell me on why I should choose yours (Business 101). That is all.

Amazing place! All of the coaches do an incredible job of personally investing in your fitness goals. I felt extremely welcomed and made huge leaps in my own fitness journey. The coaches will take the time to talk with you and share any knowledge they have. The facility is great, with lots of space and they have all the equipment needed. They offer cheaper memberships than the other gyms around, without sacrificing any quality in coaching or equipment. They also offer discounts for students and constantly run specials. I started as a beginner to crossfit and they took the time to teach me proper form with a focus on injury prevention. Definitely give it a try if you're looking for a new gym!
I've been to all other Crossfit boxes in the area, Rough house is absolutely my favorite. Great coaches, great people. They have advanced and beginner classes, for the best prices.
