Very nice and Clean place, I'm traveling and staying in the Bridgeport area while doing workouts with the Bluefish and been using this gym for about week. The gym has showers with provided towels and soap, hair dryers, doctors step up scale, which all are VERY convenient while traveling. The owner Gary is a super nice guy, very personable and friendly. Everyone here seems very pleasant and upbeat. The gym lay out is very convenient and is well designed, they also have a private workout room for yoga, stretching, mats, balls, strap system and the drop down video screen instructor program, with different types of workouts, incase you want to mix it up or try something else. They also use the Kangen water filtration machine (used by the Yankees also) in there provided water cooler. It's the purest water known to man. After a week of filling up my small water cooler, my inflammation areas and stomach calmness is on another level, I know it's because I'm not drinking acidic water and the ph levels are the purest my body has ever consumed. For any professional athlete, any inflammation reduction is an edge on the competition but one doesn't need to be a pro athlete to enjoy pure water and how your body responses to it, Great Place All Around!!!
