Love the environment here sure miss going, can't wait till this virus passes to start going again. Best place to work out in a clean sanitized place with multiple on top of multiple machines to work on so everybody's not suck in one spot together.

Very nice staff, a good selection of equipment, and I saw staff walking around and cleaning things, which was great. The clientele at this one (as opposed to Westminster) seems to be more aggressive, though, which was disappointing. I'm a female who wears shorts while I squat and lift, and there was one other client in particular who would not keep his eyes to himself, which was very uncomfortable and made me leave early. It's not the fault of the staff, but I hate going to the gym and being creeped on. I will probably stick with the Westminster location, which feels much more relaxed.

First off I would like to say I love this gym and since it opened it has helped me lose over 40 lbs. But with that being said, for only being open a few years it's showing its age. Most machines pads are cracked with peices completely missing. The staff is great about keeping the place clean but obviously the upkeep on equipment is somewhat lacking

It certainly beats out 24 hour fitness or any other competitors. It is clean, the machines work, they hold team exercises, the price is average ( for the basic package) and the equipment is up to date. The only critique I have is the inability to pay month to month, as an athlete I pay for other organizations and it is convenient to be able to switch off when necessary. It is close to my apartment and in an easily accessible , I recommend it over other competitors, whether you're a beginner or expert level athlete.

Everything's in one place, what's not to love. You can get your workout on, tan on, sauna on, swim on... Not to mention the theatre where you can watch a movie while using the treadmill, cycle, or elliptical. The staff is friendly and I don't think the prices are bad either.

What a great gym! But especially for the price. It's comparable to Planet Fitness in price but better quality and with more amenities like a pool/sauna area, tanning beds, and massage chairs. It's very clean and modern looking with exceptionally friendly staff.
They also have a little kids daycare. I don't have kids but I can only imagine how helpful that is. Some locations have a smoothie bar too.

My favorite gym. I love all the amenities they offer. I wish the staff turn around wasn't so high. They do however need more difficult group fitness classes.

This is an excellent gym. Though "value" prices, they offer many amenities. The gym is always clean, including the locker rooms. A very friendly staff is always available. The kids club is superb. Definitely a great gym to get a great workout in that also offers so much more.

This has been my gym for a little bit now and there isn't a better option around for the price.
The membership tiers are monthly: 9.99 for access to the floor, 21.99 to add pool/sauna access, and 39.99 for personal training access and additional perks (as of June 1 2018)
This pricing structure is awesome, both flexible and affordable.
The facility is pretty great, very clean and well kept. Chuze has a policy prohibiting loud grunting/slamming weights/and such generally jockish behaviors, this makes it a good place to bring your teen or preteen to workout, and also makes the atmosphere generally more friendly.
The downside is that such a gem isn't overlooked, the place is consistantly packed and you can expect a crowded floor at most times of day.
It's also located in a bad part of town, I wouldn't suggest taking a nice car, or leaving any valuables inside a car, parked here. The parking lot is a stunning contrast to the pristine facility.

It's a good gym for beginners, but they have almost no free weights. Outside of the dumbbells all they have are machines. I like to power lift and benching, deadlifting, and squatting on smith machines or a other machines is ok but I like using a bar a lot more and I like to do hang clean and you can't do that on a machines.

I love this place!!! Best gym i have been to by far! Wonderful app, friendly staff, clean, upscale, nonjudgemental, and amazingly affordable!! I'm so happy i joined this gym

Staff are nice, I'm new here, I went to pick up my tag, the girls at the door were pretty busy laughing and in deep conversation, didn't notice I was there , I had to break up their conversation to get a question answered, then they looked at me like they didn't know the answer. So I walked over and spoke to the girl at the counter, she verified that I was a new member. I had to ask for someone to show and explain things to me, she acted like she was to busy and it bothered her that I asked. So she asked a young guy to show me around, he looked at me, looked at his phone then gave a huge sigh, said ok. He showed me around fast, talked fast, if I had a question he got irritated and gave me short answers. I had more questions when I left than I did before I got there.
Seems like a great gym, but come on, you need a older more mature staff, you have teenagers working there that don't care, too busy on their phones and gossiping to one another, they made me feel embarrassed to have asked for a tour of the facility. The tanning beds are always taken. The rooms with the recliners movie room, people are always in there
for hours at a time, frustrating. The rest of the gym is spacious, clean and inviting.

If you are looking for a good gym this is it. I've been a member at 24 hour, Bally's, and curves. This place is hands down the best. I'm always welcomed when I come in by friendly helpful staff. The amenities are amazing. Hydro massage, tanning, a cinema to watch a movie while you work out, sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub, the list goes on. The best part, there are people of all fitness levels so you don't feel like a moron on your first day if you don't know what you're doing. Like when I couldn't figure out the weight machines, there were no curious eyes watching secretly making fun of my lack of fitness knowledge.

I love working out here, equipment is nice, daycare is FANTASTIC. They play with my daughter and do crafts and make her feel special. A few things I don't like are the classes are way too over crowded. No matter what one you go to. Some many people that I choose not to participate so I am not stepping on somebody. Another thing is I had my license plates stolen off of my car while I was there and nobody contacted me. I spoke and gave my information to 2 different employees and never heard a word. Acknowledgment would have been nice. Another time I went and there were smashed rocks covering many spots in the front of the gym. I told 2 people that were right in the front and the looked out of the door and said they would take a picture and send it to the people who manage their parking lot. I was floored that their solution was to take a picture and send it to an outside company? Meanwhile all of their members were having to drive over these broken rocks to find a spot because it is so crowded. I asked them if they had a broom and they responded they couldn't touch the parking lot. My one star is because of the lack of responses from employees when I have brought things to their attention. The greetings arriving are great, but anything further is left at that. The spin bike has been OOO for a week and a half and that is the only one at that location. You can use the bike, but can't track anything. The electrical piece has been removed.

Gym membership is very fairly priced, it's a clean environment and offers a fair amount of equipment.
I have always found the staff to be friendly and there is always someone at the desk. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because it does seem some of the younger employees need further training on a few policies/info. However I admit they could be pretty new to the floor and I just didn't notice.
If you haven't given it a shot it is worth checking out. They offer a free 7 day pass so take advantage!

Every year, a new gym pops up with it's own key features, and new contracts and boasting new equipment etc, etc... but I bet all of those don't have a movie theater in them. Or a hydro-massage chair, or an indoor lap pool, or so many classes it blows your mind. If you want to have a good time at the gym, and want to feel that your money isn't wasted, choose chuze.

The staff is friendly, the equipment is kept clean. Gets really busy but there's plenty of room. On the weekends they don't open till 6am which I'd change but otherwise I really enjoy team training. The class is early enough for me to go before work. Love this gym!

Super clean, great staff. Even I peak hours they are working hard to get people moving through the hydro beds. Team training is awesome here. Chelsea is the best coach!

I love this gym! Staff are always friendly, equipment is nice, and I LOVE the cinema! It's such a cool place! My only complaint is that they're not open 24 hours through the weekend.. it would be nice to get in a workout after work!

Its been about 2 weeks since signing up with Chuze and I LOVE IT!!!
They watch my son, when I come back he is happy and taken care of as if I never left. Their staff even remembered his name and birthday. The equipment is so nice and the cinema is amazing! Get to watch a movie without being distracted by my kid and burn calories at the same time?! sign me up! oh ya.. I already signed up!!! :)

I went here as a guest, it was awesome, the fact that they play a movie in an actual movie theatre type setting is amazing! And the massage beds were just like heaven. Accept the staff was kinda rude barging into the water massage bed room to make sure i was leaving because i didnt know i wasn't aloud on the massage bed for the full time as a guest.

I LOVE coming to this gym. I go at 5am and the staff is friendly and knows my name (as well as everyone else who walks in while I am there). I am constantly surprised by the atmosphere there. Very laid back. No aggression or competition, just people there to work out!
The ONLY reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I LOVE classes and their selection of class times is super limited. I wish they had a class at 5 so I could have that choice and then still be home in time for school drop offs and work schedules.

Extremely affordable price, new/modern equipment, and friendly staff that take the time to memorize your name. You can't walk out the door without everyone at the front desk wishing you a good day. I really appreciate how clean the facility is. If you pay attention, you'll notice that the staff is constantly on rotation for wiping down equipment, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms.
