Had the best, best, best kids yoga class with my son! Miss Tammy was so amazing! We purchased a six class deal and will be back! The class involved breathing, stretching, balance, song, dance, movement! Ahhhh the best! Love love love this place!

I love the Nova Stella Yoga community! I have always loved Yoga, and this studio provides a soulful and genuine experience that is unique in comparison to other studios in Pueblo. The studio itself is large and clean, giving practicers a comfortable vibe. The instructors are personable and professional, sessions flow seamlessly, and it is obvious that the instructors are prepared. I have taken each of my friends to a class, it is perfect for all skill sets! Nova Stella also sells unique retail and is home to beautiful art pieces as well. Please treat yourself to a class at Nova Stella (my current fave is the Restore) and I am sure you will leave feeling amazing!
