I miss going to the gym sooooooo much. What I would like to see is mirrors in the tanning booth rooms once they reopen, and fully-working stair master machines, instead of rather glitchy ones. hence the 4 stars.

Love the gym and black card benefits! Beware if you get the $10 a month plan. They had said my husband "didn't" pay and charged him a $20 fee for his $10 a month membership on multiple occasions. It really got to me when they did that twice in one month!! Its ridiculous if he is paying more than me for less benefits.

We were disappointed. My wife and I went for pizza day. We planned on eating at 4 but the pizza didn't come until much later. We ended up going somewhere else for dinner because we hadn't planned anything else. We enjoyed the workout.

It really has been a judge-free zone. And the folks who work there are always friendly and available to assist with anything. Had my one hour session with Nick to go over my medical history and my goals. He was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The place is always clean and the equipment is easy to use. Glad I decided to join. It's my first time ever joining any gym and it's been a game changer for me so far.

This is an inexpensive place to get a great work out. The staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. I love my workouts here.

I love this gym - great value for the monthly membership fee! An outstanding staff - Bree signed us up and I was impressed with her professionalism, courtesy, and great attitude. Everyone that I have met who works here is fantastic. This gym is clean, very updated quality equipment, and it is so nice that they have enough machines that you usually never have to wait for anything while working out! A few Smith machines, several cable set ups, a billion pieces of cardio equipment, lots of free weight choices, nicely designed areas for stretching, abs, circuit training, ect. As a lifelong gym gal, I am impressed with this facility in every way. My favorite gym ever

I enjoy going to this gym. The locker room is amazing with plenty of space and clean. My only recommendation for me to feel the most comfortable and free for my routine would be to change the 30 minute workout area to womens dumbell area or make the free wt area larger. During busy times it can be difficult to feel comfortable in the cramped free wt area and i have noticed the 30 min workout area is rarely being used so i have started going in there due to the unused space.

Long way to go in customer service....if a massage is open quick to send u back if u have to wait forget u are there and don't tell u when ready.....very sad I signed a year contract. U know it easy for this lip service anawer below but your customers fit the gym in to their lives and asking them to spend precious time to complain about a blatant problem that is visible when u walk through the door. Everyday there are 4 of them behind the counter doing nothing....mangement can see it as well as I can. Your lip service answer made me lower the rating to 1 star you obviously care about nothing but the bottom line. Will not renew my membership

If only they had better wi-fi! Gym is usually not too busy and always clean. Food lick getting a reliable wi fi signal. Even when this place is slow the wi-fi is atrocious!

Pueblo's Planet Fitness is great. There's more than enough parking, as it is attached to the mall. It is clean. The staff is friendly. They have plenty of equipment and I have never seen any of it out of order. The only thing I don't like is the television stations they have up. Mostly news and sports. And TBS. I like TBS, but I also like HGTV (and Discovery, History, and the other documentary stations). My Planet Fitness in Denver had HGTV. Which I was happy about because I didn't have cable. I still don't have cable. And now I don't have any place to watch HGTV. But other than that, Pueblo's Planet Fitness is wonderful.

I visited this gym while in town for a wedding. This PF was amazing! I really enjoyed the layout and larger dumbbell area compared to my home PF in Albuquerque. The locker rooms were also very nice, they did not look like a dingy high-school locker room. I thought the music was great. You can actually hear it and it puts you in the mood to workout. Every time I come to Pueblo to visit family, I will go to this gym.

Under no circumstances attend this poor excuse of a gym... if you read the other reviews most of them state "THE MUSIC WAS WAY TO LOUD"... I paid a year in advance and also paid for my nine employees per daily attendance fee... that is revenue "NOW" lost to Planet Fitness due to their unabashed attitude towards their paying clientele. I asked the morning staff (7:00 am) repeatedly to turn down the music (just a little) in both the main workout room and the men's locker room to no avail. The Planet Fitness concept is good but so poorly executed. I know its hard to find good staff in the Pueblo area, but trying to find excuses for Planet Fitness is a waste of time. If this was my franchise, I would of fired the lot. I went up to Pueblo Athletic Club and signed up with my employees, at least we will be able to hold a conversation without cupping our ears or shouting over the music to each other. Karla, (franchise owner) you really need to take control of your business or you won't have one here at the Pueblo Mall location.

I've been a black card member for almost a year and a half and go 3-5 times each week. The place is quite clean and I don't understand the remarks about the cleanliness at all. There is always cardio equipment available - some times it can be a bit crowded at the free weight section, but not enough to complain about. The music is way too loud for me and I have to wear ear plugs while I work out and can still hear it, but not as bad. I deducted a star for that. Some days it's louder than others and I wish the management would regulate that. The music should not be for the jamming and enjoyment purposes of staff, which is often what I feel is happening. It should be consistent and tempered for the customer. I would deduct two stars for the music volume and really wish they would manage that better. But, all in all I think for my experience with the long time staff, I will give 4 stars.
