Teachers demonstrate poses instead of just calling out instructions. Classes are more authentic, not just fitness based. I'm a 20+ year practitioner and this is hands down my favorite studio in Pueblo.

Very first place I starte Yoga and I will never forget it. This is the place you need to go to if you want to practice the deeper Yoga tradition. Marcee is a great teacher and her husband leads beautiful meditations. This studio embodies Yoga and keeps the integrity of the tradition alive.

I saw the flyer on the mindfulness classed and was inspired by the essence of self respect that it implied in the face of what I see as the self loathing side of selflessness in the yoga industry. So I called to see if the studio and class might be a fit for me. I told the owner of the studio that as a yoga instructor I had reached the level that I was teaching Yoga to Veterans in wheelchairs at my Denver VA.

Through my guidance as a yoga instructor veterans that the PT department had given up on where getting out of there wheelchairs, loosing weight and getting off their pharmaceuticals. Doctors were writing prescription to my yoga program and we were writing progress notes in their official VA files. This upset the Physical Therapy and Pharmacy departments so much that they maliciously destroyed my yoga program. I am also permanent and total with my Military Se#ual Trauma PTSD. And that that yoga program meant as much to me as a child. So when they took it away it upset me so bad that I have not taught or done yoga on the mat since.

I told her I have had a problem in the past because I'm high energy and my energy affects yoga classes and often selfless people take offense by my self respect and get vindictive towards me in a passive aggressive way. She started straight off by screaming at me in a hateful, stern and contemptfull voice "IF YOUR GONNA BE DISRUPTIVE IN CLASS!" I immediately cut her off by saying "YOU have no right to accuse me of being disruptive without provokation." Then she rudely hung up on me. From that action I can only assume that she is selflessly jealous of my having a self. And if that's true then the only emotion she inspires in me is pity the lowest of emotions.

My first class was completely FREE at this yoga studio. The studio has built a sense of community and just celebrated their 20th anniversary. I love the experienced & skilled teachers and just how welcoming the students were. I will definitely be back to this studio!

I love Fountain of Health Yoga Studio & this community! The space is dedicated to healing and health and all the classes and Teachers are warm, welcoming & supportive. It is rare to find a Teacher with as much knowledge and training as Marcee (the Owner) and I believe the Pueblo community is very fortunate to have access to her and this studio. Thank you FHYS & Marcee for being a part of my life and for all that I've learned from you!
