I have attended a variety of classes here. The instructors are knowledgeable and intuitive. I LOVED taking my 3 month old daughter to baby yoga - it was still a good work out for mom but so much fun and less serious than most yoga classes, I smiled almost the whole time - it was just so adorable!.... more

Great programs for kids! They not only teach gymnastics, but self confidence, discipline, following directions, etc.. Highly Recommend!.The class for my 3 year old was a little too complex at times, even the other parents were commenting on how there were far too many instructions for little children to follow.... more
