Love the Piyo/kickboxing and Zumba classes!
You won't be disappointed! The energy of the people around you will keep you pushing harder!

This place is fantastic for fitness! Especially if you don't like going to a bigger gym! It has different kinds of classes for everyone's liking and the instructors are amazing! Each one has their own specialties and they are all very kind! I started working for this studio when it first opened in November 2014. I have loved it ever since because it has kept me in shape and I also have the passion of teaching! We became under new ownership not long ago and she has done nothing but treat us all like family and is doing her absolute best for the studio! I'm excited for the new year and what it has to bring the company!

since the changing of new owners the business and friendliness just went down hill. The only one worth taking his class is Brett all the other instructors are gone and as far as the new owner she need to take some business classes and learn some customer service skills. She is not friendly at all and has no tact on handling clients. It might be reasonably priced but I would recommend you go somewhere else due to the new owner and her unprofessionalizm
