This place is amazing. Knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Been bringing my kids to this establishment since they were young. Got to know them very well and they are genuine people that really care. My Daughter tore her ACL playing soccer, and Sterling and staff were there from the beginning with the Pre-operation workout to get her body ready for surgery into the post-operation recovery and then into the strength and conditioning. It took my daughter 9 months to fully recover and get ready to return to sport which is amazing and unheard of. Sterling was along the way with every step from communication with the medical staff to personal text messages to my daughter to keep her motivated and challenged. FINAL Results. Her surgically repaired knee was stronger and bigger than her natural knee. Injury Prevention or Injury Recovery no need to look further. Oh and their prices are very reasonable. My son loves this place! No matter how tired he is he still looks forward to going to his sessions. His coach Tyler has taught him speed, balance and strength. Physical aspects no doubt but his mental and emotional well being especially his self confidence has increased in every aspect of his life. In two months my son will have been there for a year. and shows no signs of slowing down there. Great investment with new regrets!
The best! Sterling and crew truly are the very best at what they do! My daughter is an elite level soccer player at u15 and has been training here for 6 years. She trains exclusively with Sterling now and he provides speed, strength, mental, and most importantly encouragement. Each person is unique and Sterling understands how to motivate each person to get the best out of them! My son will be starting with them very soon! Thanks for all your hard work and most importantly genuine care for my baby girl! They truly care about your goals not only as an athlete but a person! Keep up the great work!!

Enrolled my kids (9 and 6) in the speed training summer camp and signed them up for personal training with Francisco. We love the facility and everyone working here is out going and fun with the kids. They turn an hour of challenging training into fun achievable goals that my kids are excited to come to. Would recommend to all kids that need to condition in the off season for their sports.
