The owner is rude. She isn't at all skilled at customer service. I went anyway because she had an excellent yoga teacher, Lesley, and then she fired her for some BS reason. Now, there's no real prenatal yoga, just prenatal fitness with some yoga in it. If she can't be nice to her customers and she can't be good to her best yoga teacher, then she deserves what her business gets. I would happily drive farther and pay more for a nice owner who recognizes an excellent yoga instructor.
Natal to Nest has been awesome through my pre and postnatal journey. The prenatal yoga focused on keeping my pregnant body strong, flexible and offered good time for relaxation to bond with baby.
The power of pregnancy class designed by Gina helped me to stay strong and really reduced pain during pregnancy. The combination really helped me stay as fit as possible through the extreme changes pregnancy brings. The nurses during my delivery even complimented me on how well I was able to move (thanks Natal to Nest)!
The post natal mom and baby yoga is a good way to meet other moms, bond with baby and get in some good fitness. I am already recommending Natal to Nest to friends planning a family in the future!
They offer great prices on a variety of classes and workshops. I have been very happy with the prenatal yoga and barre class they offer. Small class sizes and great instructors. The onsite childcare is also very convenient.
Natal to Nest has been there for me through a very important time in life. They weren't open when we were trying to get pregnant, but I would have loved to have them as a resource during that time. They offer fertility support, doula services, massage, pre and post natal fitness classes (some have childcare options!) as well as breastfeeding support. These ladies are very knowledgeable in all things women need to be healthy before, during and after pregnancy! SO grateful for your services, you are an important part of this community! Thank you!
