Very welcoming practice to all levels. Each instructor is unique, but they each treat the students with patience and respect. Much nicer experience than a typical overcrowded chain studio.
There are few places on earth like Mind, Body, Life. It is a place where you can re-center, focus on YOU and feel as though the time spent there is the best of your week! Dr. Karen is amazing and her energy and light shine brighter than you can imagine. I HIGHLY recommend this studio and implore you to try it out!
