Great family owned business! They have a very professional and helpful staff and all the equipment you would ever need for any type of workout. Great job guys!
When I travel, I'm always looking for a new place to train. Oftentimes I'm stuck with, at best, a commercial gym with a couple cheap, poorly-knurled barbells, flimsy racks, and no chalk. Then there are the times when I'm lucky enough to come across a gem of a gym, a diamond in the rough, a kind of training facility that can now only exist in a place like Greeley, Colorado.
Looking to get stronger? There's heavy-duty power racks, York barbells, thousands upon thousands of pounds of weight, deadlift platforms, and bowls of chalk.
Wanting to build your physique? They have dozens of machines including some from the classic plate-loaded Hammer Strength line and a couple old Nautilus pieces.
Training for strongman? There's every implement you can think of plus lots of room to practice events.
Just wanting to get in shape? Along with access to everything mentioned above, they have plenty of cardio equipment and a welcoming atmosphere.
Good selection of supplements, too.
I had two great training sessions here, and I strongly recommend it to anyone in the Greeley area!
I love working out here. It's the perfect example of a family owned business. The owners truly care about every ones experience and they do a ton of work in the local community. Their new location is HUGE so unlike other gyms I've been too, it never feels "too busy" to get a quality work out in.

Team Tom is the only gym I feel comfortable going to in the Greeley area. Not only do the staff treat you like a friend who they've known for years, but they are some of the most kind and helpful people you'll ever meet. Team Tom supports their Military and Law Enforcement community in every way, giving back and holding charity/fundraising events on a consistent basis. Due to the amount of gang and criminal activity in the area, it only makes sense that one of their rules (posted right on their front door in clear English) is that they do not allow neck or face tattoos and reserve the right to refuse service to those who display such art work. Additionally, I've worked out alongside some of the most unique and amazing people here. I have NEVER ONCE seen the staff discriminate against anyone for any reason. They simply enforce the policies they have that, again, are clearly posted. Being in a LEO family, this is one of the many reasons it is the only gym I actually feel comfortable going to. So, THANK YOU to Team Tom, for doing all that you do for us and giving me a space to feel at home in!

I had fun taking a self defense class. The instructor was amazing.
Great staff, they have any suppliments you could need. Great equipment with chalk near most of the equipment. Team Tom is very Law Enforcement friendly and welcome all service members from first responders to active duty. Large area for doing tire flips, box jumps or other HIIT style training. Team Tom has a lot of the cool strong man equipment like yokes and atlas stones. Team Tom even has punching bags and an area grapple if you want a place to throw your buddies around.
Team Tom is definitlely an old style gym. The faculty is always extremely helpful and pleasant. The environment there is very motivational and they are constantly making new additions to equipment to give you access to anything you would need to complete your workout. They have a wide range of supplements available and are very knowledgabel about the products. They also support the community and our military and police forces, which I think is a great quality of the gym and the owners! Highly recommend this gym if you are in the area!
Old school gym with a friendly and informative staff. Rarely ever crowded which allows you to enjoy the facilities how you want to. Mostly friendly members who are there to work out and not socialize. Not a "lifestyle" gym. Best gym I've been a member of.
Great selection of equipment, great vibe and the staff is all friendly and willing to help. Love coming here to get my workout on. Ask them about their corporate discounts!!
This is the most incredible gym I have ever seen! Great space, great equipment, fantastic staff, knowledgeable trainers. You have got to check this place out!

I enjoyed it because I was able to use it for free as part of staying at a local hotel. It sure beat the non existent fitness room where I was staying. I wouldn't pay to be a member here. A lot of the equipment is old and busted looking although functional. They seem to offer some cool classes for people of all ages. Fully stocked supplement shelves including a cooler full of pre-workout drinks. I'm saying this gym is okay. They have lockers
This is a quality facility with a large variety of equipment. Community based and owners are local. The gym constantly updates and expands the diversity of its equipment. I have been training here for nearly five years. The new location has a lot more space than the previous one.
Only able to cancel membership in person when management is in. Apparently cannot be cancelled during business hour only during the unpublished hours of management.
If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. I've worked out in hundreds of gyms over the years, from Gold's to 24 HR Fitness, this place blows them all away. My son and I used a complimentary pass from our hotel while in town from So CA to get a couple workouts in. They have absolutely everything you could want, free weights, cardio equipment, turf for running, plyo, atlas stones, kegs to throw, stretching machine, supplements, workout clothes and on and on. Wish I had time to shop and room in my suitcase buy a couple shirts to bring home, next time.
My only knock on Team Tom is,... they do not have a loction close to me in So. CA. Bummer. Might have to move to Greeley to get a good workout in. Maybe the owner will consider opening a gym out here, I'd run it for free. Haha.
The location on Google Maps is wrong, Team Tom is in the Greeley mall oposite side from Chuckie Cheese with its own entrance door.
This place is awesome! Huge space with incredible staff. It has everything you need plus lots of unique stuff, not just your normal gym. Incredible atmosphere with staff that knows what they are talking about. Owners are great too, they are a huge supporters of military and law enforcement. Give em a try you will be glad you did.
Exceptional GYM, and trainers!!! Clean facility with a PLETHORA of different lifting equipment to tame the savage BEAST!!! I've been to other gyms, but this one feels like... HOME!!!
