Best place to do Yoga in Northern Colorado! Teachers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. The studio is a wonderful community for both newbies and the regulars. This is a Life Changing place.

I enjoy the humor and low key nature of the studio. I just wish it was warmer, as I believe the room I only around 80. Bikram is traditionally done is rooms closer to 95 degrees. I am not able to sweat in these classes unfortunately.

I practiced yoga at home exclusively before trying a few community yoga classes. Now, I can't imagine not going to this studio! I appreciate the teachers and the chance to change my mind and body. I got way more than I ever expected at this studio and constantly recommend this yoga to everyone I meet!

I didn't really enjoy yoga until I practiced at this studio. I now know why practicing at a studio is the only way to go- how else would I get the results and life change? The teachers here are amazing- the teaching is progressive and tailored to the individual. I have been practicing for almost two years and my back, fitness level (and mental fitness) have never been better. Thank you!

It's such a wonderful place to practice yoga. It has definetly been life changing! I'm a whole new person and i don't plan on ever quitting. The teachers there are so welcoming and kind! I love it!!
