Its named I love kickboxing for a darn good reason. Its so addicting and I do love it. I love the coaches, I love the high energy in the class, the positive support for each other and I LOVE hitting things! I've been going to classes since September and I wish I could go everyday. Its a great work out for your whole body! You start to feel soreness where you hadn't before and you know its pushing you, out of your comfort zone, into a really fantastic place. Its become my therapy after a hard day/week. If your nervous about a group class, all I can say is it is so much more about you and your ability\progress than it is about anyone else. You get in the zone and forget the room is full of others doing the same as you. and what I love the most is I just have to show up. I put zero though into the workout until I'm there ready to crush it and that's really fantastic. Sign up, try it out, you'll get hooked after just one class, I did!
