I was a member of the Conditioning Spa. When the Conditioning Spa went out of business, the memberships at the Conditioning Spa were unknowingly transferred to Greeley Health and Fitness where credit card information was also sent and memberships continued to be charged. It was claimed that patrons of the Conditioning Spa were notified via e-mail, but the first e-mail I received from Greeley Health and Fitness was a statement of a bill, after I saw my card was charged. After contacting Greeley Health, no reimbursements could be made. I think it is absurd that with know dissemination of information, a membership was transferred and this Greeley Health and Fitness refused to offer refunds to those who did not wish to have their memberships transferred in the first place. I never used Greeley Health and Fitness once, but have ended up paying nearly $100 in dues and fees trying to resolve this ridiculous issue. I have never written an online review for anything in my life up to this point. My entire experience involving this has been so frustrating and I hope in this future that organizations like this at least ask people if they would like to transfer their memberships and work a little harder to share the information that it is happening.
