Search no further for a true yoga home. The devotion Mathew demonstrates to increasing access to and exploration of yoga for every body, experience level, and mindset is inspiring. This downtown GJ studio feels immediately inclusive and houses some of the best quality instruction and community I have encountered in my 7 years of practicing all over the United States. Drop in for a B yoga class and see what sets this little gem apart from the basic!

The studio is beautifully decorated, creating an inviting, spiritual space. Being right on Main Street, the location can't be anymore convenient. Matthew McRobbie is warm, genuine, and caring. I highly recommend this yoga studio to students looking for leading edge yoga and teachers looking for studio space.

The studio is spacious and beautiful. The owner Matthew was so welcoming to me and my friend who were dropping in. I highly recommend you try a class here!
