No platforms or olympic weights. The sauna is a good 180 degrees but the locker rooms are completely disgusting. They smell like moldy towels, there's hair all over the drains and dirt all over the floor.... more

Great and friendly staff. The place is kept clean and the coaches/professors are very willing to help out with questions, and explain things clearly.. My Son and I were welcomed with open arms and we were made to feel right at home! I signed both of us up for memberships immediately! Fantastic instruction from great instructors, who put their students needs first.... more
Great gym, clean with good machines and weights. Always clean restrooms and showers.. GREAT facility. From out of town. Had everything I needed and staff was fantastic. Very clean. Could not have asked for anything more for a place to workout.... more
Love everything about OTF! Staff and coaches are always welcoming and encouraging. Facilities and equipment are always clean and in good working condition. I appreciate that coaches challenge me and also helped modify exercises and checked in with me after I returned from surgery.... more
