I can't say enough positive things about this place! It is truly a fun, challenging, and unique workout whether it's an aerial yoga, barre, or strength training class. The instructors are caring, intelligent, and offer modifications so that every level student can participate.... more

Love practicing Corepower and the variety of classes offered - I've noticed some studios around town offer certain classes but not others, so it helps to be able to visit different studios if possible to get the most out of your money.... more
Friday afternoons here are great. Even with the limited space you have t room to move. However, like today, Saturday afternoon, the large studio was already shoulder to shoulder, three rows of people in a two row room, and the instructor announces more people are coming on.... more

I've been coming to this studio for years, Samantha and her instructors are excellent. This yoga studio provides an amazing and traditional practice of the 26 postures. The studio is consistently hot and humid, and there is no better feeling than after working hard for 90 minutes in that room.... more
